With expertise in field of lighting, he has helped in developing a culture that fosters engaged employees around innovation and client success. Prior to starting his own manufacturing firm, Shivraj worked with "Havells", "MK", "Thorn Lighting", "InterCraft", "Regent" etc. With a passion for lights and innovation, he has focused on transforming Architects' design into reality. He believes more into customization and always ready to take new challenges. Shivraj is passionate to give lighting industry new products with high quality.

B.Tech from Kurukshetra University started his career in year 2004. He worked in IT industry for 11 years as Solution Architect and joined hands with Shivraj Yadav in 2015 to launch Sovitron. Serving as the Plant Head, Vikas has managed and controlled all plant operations and head introduction of CNC based machines within Sovitron. He has expertise in smooth working, timely delivery and high quality. Prior to Sovitron, he worked with NTT Data/Keane and Global Logic. He is always ready to go an extra mile to achieve new goals. With passion to work with new domain, he has contributed a lot in building right platform for good products.
B.Tech and MBA from MDU, Narvir has vast experience in various fields. Narvir has 2 years of work experience in IT and 7 years in Govt Sector. Narvir joined Sovitron as Director sales which added another feather to Divinity Team. Narvir helped Divinity Lights in entering into Govt sector. With his excellent convincing and negotiating skills Divinity has already done multiple projects in Govt sector and now specified in lot more projects. Narvir pushed Sovitron for outdoor and Emergency lighting and finally Sovitron came up with vast range of outdoor and emergency lighting.
